How does this compare to Avvo or Google Ads?
Most legal lead sources resell each lead to 3–5 firms in the same market. Avvo and Lawyer.com average $300–$800 per shared lead. Google Ads clicks cost $50–$300 each and most don't convert.
LexAlert delivers exclusive leads. At our Partner tier ($799/mo) you'll typically see 30–80 qualified signals a month — that's $10–$25 per exclusive lead, vs. $300+ shared. Higher conversion, lower cost, no auction.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to post from my personal Reddit account?
No. You create a dedicated Reddit account for your firm — or use an existing firm account. LexAlert posts from that account on your behalf after you approve each response. Your personal account is never involved.
What if I want to edit the draft before posting?
Every draft has an Edit button in the Slack notification. You can rewrite it entirely or make minor adjustments before approving. The final text is always what you sent.
Can LexAlert post automatically without my review?
Auto-post mode exists but is opt-in only and requires explicit acknowledgment. The default for every new client is draft-only / human-review mode. We strongly recommend keeping it that way — you're the professional of record.
What practice areas does LexAlert support?
The POC focuses on personal injury and family law. The pipeline is configurable for any case type where people publicly describe their situation online — workers' comp, employment discrimination, landlord disputes, and more.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
We're in private beta — terms are set during the demo call. No annual lock-in is required during beta.
What happens if a post is from outside my jurisdiction?
The Gate stage checks jurisdiction signals against solicitation windows. Posts outside your configured jurisdictions are blocked before they reach your review queue.
